Structured around a large, 18 holes golf course, designed by Nicklaus Design, the 1.4 km2 La Torre Golf Resort, features a total of 2,648 homes with different characteristics: villas, semi-detached houses and luxury apartments, distributed over a closed perimeter. All of these apartments at La Torre Golf Resort have air conditioning installed in the lounge (pre-installed in the bedrooms). There are plenty of communal pools scattered through the resort as well as gardens and other green areas. All apartments have an underground parking place as standard and fabulous views. The apartments are of a typical Spanish mediterranian style and are only 3 stories tall, there a variety of internal layouts but all have a balcony ranging from 12sqm to 30sqm in size 2.

THE GOLF COURSE
Designed by Nicklaus Design, the La Torre Golf Resort course offers 18 holes, par 68 and four sets of tees. Provisional distances (metres): (black) 5,350; (blue) 4,934; (white) 4,422; (red) 3,822
This course features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provide added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass has been planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect.
