Peraleja Golf Resort is one of the most exclusive projects around, an inland paradise 200 m above sea level with sea views in the middle of unspoiled nature with eagles and falcons (one of the most 60% of the total complex dedicated to the existing environment). The nearest village is Sucina, but Murcia is only 20 min away and the coast is about 10 km away and can be seen from elevated spots within the resort.
The properties with wooden ceilings, modern minimalistic design, lots of surprising details (e.g. sliding grills and windows hide in the wall) are built with selected materials and have a top of the range equipment. Plots are generous with carefully designed landscaped gardens.
